October 15 at 12 noon, we will be treated to a special tour of Grey Towers.

We start off with an abbreviated meeting upstairs in the house. These rooms are reserved for special organizations and not available to the public.

Then we get a special tour of the grounds with our guest speaker - Eloise Fasshauer. Our own Eloise worked at Grey Towers when she was a teen. She has some interesting stories to tell of the family and her time there.

Then we can all go to Dimmick Inn in Milford for our late lunch. We will all order off the menu.

This is a really unique and special meeting. Don't miss it!

November 19 join us at the PPL Building in Hawley for an interesting talk with a veteran from the Korean War. John Longendorfer will be joining us to tell us what it was like for a pilot back then. He also has some fascinating things to show us. Our meeting will start at 11:30 AM and John will speak afterward. We will enjoy a pizza party with John answering any questions we may have. This is the second in a series of interviews with Vets that Carol Cipriano is conducting. The first was a Vietnam Vet which Carol will present at another time. All these interviews will be preserved for posterity

Christmas Party this year at December 10 will be held at Cora's Bistro in Hawley. We will meet at 12 noon for a brief meeting and then we will enjoy some music by a duo of players. Maybe we can even sing Winter Wonderland with accompaniment this time. Bring a gift for our exchange table. Please keep it under $25 if possible. We will order from a menu.
